All vendors are required to be residing on Nantucket full-time for a minimum of 6 consecutive months
All goods sold must be grown or produced on the island
For new and returning vendors, if selected to be a vendor you will be notified after May 5th. All new vendors MUST submit a Sales and Use Tax Registration (otherwise known as EIN). Exemption: All food products and clothing are TAX EXEMPT
If you are a new vendor and your application is initially approved by the Vendor Review Committee, a studio inspection will be required. If the studio inspection is satisfactory, you will then be notified to send in your insurance certificate with Sustainable Nantucket named as an additional insured
All 2021 Vendors MUST submit a copy of their license or other government Issued ID

Please remember to contact our Market Manager during the season, ahead of time when you intend to start and the days you will not be attending.
